Dental World: Dental Warranty
At Dental World, we are committed to providing top-quality dental care withprecision, diligence, and a focus on patient safety. Our procedures are grounded inthe latest dental research and adhere to stringent standards to ensure that everytreatment we offer is effective, safe, and reliable. To further support our patients, weoffer a local warranty on our dental lab work, subject to the following terms andconditions.

Terms and Conditions on Dental Lab Work

Dental Crowns, Temporary crown, Veneers, Bridges, Dentures, Inlays, andOnlays

We offer a two-year local warranty on all dental crowns, bridges, anddenture lab work. Effective from the delivery date of the treatment.

Porcelain veneers and ceramic inlays & onlays come with a one-year localwarranty. Effective from the delivery date of the treatment.

Provisional (Temporary) Crowns and Partials

Restorations that need re-cemented or repaired due to normal use arecovered. Temporary crowns are covered for 3 months; temporary partials arecovered for 6 months. Effective from the delivery date of the treatment.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, rebates, or reimbursements fordental treatments.

Any dental work covered under warranty will be adjusted, repaired, orreplaced by our dentists at our clinic in Chiangmai, Thailand.

To claim the warranty, any issues must be formally reported to our clinic withinthe local warranty period.

The warranty does not cover secondary cavities, gum infections, gumrecession, or issues resulting from adjacent teeth or accidents involving thedental work.

Dental World is not responsible for any unforeseen root canal treatments thatmay be required after preparing teeth for crowns or bridgework.

The warranty remains valid with reasonable use by the patient and iscontingent upon regular check-ups every six months to one year, as the long-term success of treatments depends on proper post-care maintenance androutine professional check-ups.

Dental Implants
All dental implant fixture posts are covered by a five-year local warranty;dental implant prosthetics are covered by a two-year local warranty.Effective from the delivery date of the treatment.

Implant fees are non-refundable.

While we maintain high success rates for dental implants, there are instanceswhere osseointegration between the implant and jawbone may not occur forvarious reasons.

If the initial implant placement is unsuccessful, we will perform a secondimplant placement at no additional charge. However, if additional proceduressuch as bone grafts or sinus lifts are required to support the second implant,the costs for these materials and procedures will apply.

To claim the warranty, any faults must be reported to our clinic within thespecified local warranty period.

The warranty becomes void if dental implants are adjusted or modified byother dentists after treatment.

The warranty covers the costs of the dental implant and doctor fees but doesnot cover travel, accommodation, overseas dental expenses, or anyconsequential losses that may arise. The warranty does not cover damagecaused by or related to dental work performed by other dentists after thetreatment at our clinic. Dental World is not responsible for prior or ongoingdental work performed by other dentists, and any adjustments ormodifications by other dentists will void the warranty.
